Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Nityaflow website (nityaflow.in) and app (app.nityaflow.in). Nityaflow is a product of Avartix, Telangana, India ("we"). By using Nityaflow, you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@nityaflow.in.

1. What Nityaflow does

Nityaflow lets you build and run automations (workflows) that use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Gmail, databases, webhooks, schedules and AI, with checks, approvals and signed receipts. It also checks records, for example GSTR-2B against a purchase register.

2. You stay responsible

Nityaflow is a tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Review results and test workflows before you rely on them or switch them on. You are responsible for the messages your workflows send, for having your contacts' permission to message them, for following WhatsApp's and Google's own rules, and for your filings and decisions. Nityaflow never pays, holds or moves money for you.

3. Your accounts and keys

You connect your own WhatsApp Business number, Google account, database or AI key under Connections. Their charges (for example Meta's WhatsApp message charges) are billed to you by those companies. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use Nityaflow for spam, anything unlawful, or to access other people's data or disrupt the service.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Practice) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page; GST is added where it applies. Payments are taken by Razorpay by UPI autopay or card and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan has limits on workflows switched on and runs a month; if you go over, we may ask you to move up a plan. Cancellation and refunds are explained in the cancellation and refund policy.

5. Early access

Nityaflow is new and changing fast. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. It is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will be error-free.

6. Your data

Your workflows, files and data remain yours. How we handle them is explained in our privacy policy.

7. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Nityaflow and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; for important changes we tell signed-in users. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Telangana have jurisdiction.
