Privacy Policy

Nityaflow is run by Avartix, Telangana, India. This policy explains what Nityaflow collects on nityaflow.in and app.nityaflow.in, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@nityaflow.in. The full policy for the app, including workflows and connections, is at app.nityaflow.in/privacy.html.
1. Files you check in the app
The files you open in the app (for example a GSTR-2B download and a Tally purchase register) are read and matched inside your browser, on your computer. They are never uploaded to our servers.
2. If you sign in
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with email and password, an email link, or Google, we store:
- your email address, and, if you use Google, your name and profile picture as shared by Google;
- runs you choose to save: client name, period, match summary counts, checker result, who approved it, and the run's verification receipt.
We use Google sign-in only to confirm who you are. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we only request the basic "email" and "profile" permissions.
3. Early-access form
If you join early access on nityaflow.in, we store the details you enter (name, firm, email and any optional fields) and use them only to contact you about Nityaflow.
4. Where data is kept
Account data and saved runs are stored with our database provider, Supabase. The website and app are served by Cloudflare. Payments for paid plans are handled by Razorpay on its own page: we never see your card, bank or UPI details, and keep only your plan, its renewal date and Razorpay's subscription reference. Each person's saved data is protected so that only that signed-in person can read it.
5. What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not share it with anyone except the service providers above, who handle it only to run Nityaflow, or where the law requires it.
6. Your choices
You can delete saved runs from "Your history" in the app at any time. To see, correct or delete your account and all its data, email hello@nityaflow.in and we will do it within 30 days.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell signed-in users.
